This rental agreement dated _________ day of ____________, 200__ between Schuette Property Management
(hereafter Management) of Elkton, MI., acting on behalf of the Landlord/Owner                                                             
and                                                          

_____________________________________________________________________whose home/permanent
address is ________________________________________________________________________                        
as occupants/renters of the above captioned property.                                                                                               
                    
Now, therefore, the parties agree to:                                
1.        Management agrees to rent to occupants/renters the above indicated
Unit located at 7708 Port Austin Road –
Caseville, MI for the term of _______________ nights beginning at 1:00PM on Saturday, ______________________,
200__ and ending at 11:00AM on Saturday, ____________________________, 200__.                                                
2.        Occupants/renters agree to pay Management the sum of $_____________ per _____________ as rental of    
subject property.                                                                                                                                          
3.        Occupant/renters hereby tender and Management hereby acknowledges receipt of $500.00 as a security        
deposit.  In the event that any damages occur which were caused by the occupant/renters, their guests, and/or          
visitors, where the repairs of said damages exceed the amount of the security deposit, the occupant/renters agree to
pay for such damages.

a.        The premises shall be used for residential purposes only and occupants/renters shall peacefully and quietly     
reside in said premise during the term of the agreement, and shall not interfere with the property and/or rights of their
neighbors.                                                                                                                                                                        
b.        Occupant/renters shall not engage in or permit others to engage in any behavior or activities that are contrary
to any law, local ordinance, and/or applicable health and welfare rules and regulations, nor shall they permit activities
that would invalidate any property insurance provisions.
4.        RENT – Full payment of rent is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival and checks should be made payable to          
Dennis and/or Cathy Schuette.  The security deposit is not considered rent, Occupant/renters agree that said deposit
is to cover landlord’s losses due to damage or theft caused by occupant/renters and that the provisions of paragraph
three (3) above shall also inure.
5.        Occupant/renters shall provide for their own Bedding and Linens ,
or they can be rented from Management
for $50.00 for the week.
